‍b) No Sensitive DataWe do not request or store:Your Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp account passwordsYour WhatsApp Business credentialsAny personal authentication tokensPayment informationAll WhatsApp API communication in the demo uses Dotment’s own WhatsApp Business account credentials, not yours.

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:To allow you to create, preview, and send WhatsApp messages through our demo platformTo operate and improve the platformTo provide support and respond to inquiriesTo comply with Meta requirements for approved app useWe do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

3. How Long We Keep DataUploaded contacts and demo data are kept temporarily for testing purposes and may be deleted after the demo period.
If you request deletion, we remove all associated records permanently.

4. How We Protect Your InformationWe implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. WhatsApp / Meta Data HandlingAll outbound messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API using credentials owned by Dotment.
Your organization’s WhatsApp accounts are never accessed, and no login is required from your side.
