Digital Channels Terms and ConditionsLast updated: 4 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of DOTMENT’s digital channels, including https://www.dotment.com/, DOTMENT’s official LinkedIn pages and accounts, other social media profiles, email communications, newsletters, digital campaigns, online advertisements, registration pages, forms, downloadable resources, webinars, communities and other digital services operated or authorised by DOTMENT (collectively, the “Digital Channels”).
The Digital Channels are operated by DOTMENT DESIGNS, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under professional licence number 738511, with its registered address at Office WH2-11A-SH-444-3, Saih Shuaib, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 282071. In these Terms, “DOTMENT,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to this entity.
By accessing, following, viewing, interacting with or using any of the Digital Channels, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using or interacting with the Digital Channels.
1. About DOTMENTDOTMENT provides internal communication, employee engagement, employer branding, communication strategy, campaign development, creative services, advisory services and related solutions.Information published through the Digital Channels is provided for general information, marketing and business-development purposes. It does not constitute a binding proposal, professional advice or contractual commitment unless expressly confirmed by DOTMENT in a written agreement.
2. Permitted Use of the Digital ChannelsYou may use and interact with the Digital Channels only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and, where relevant, the rules of the third-party platform being used.
• Use the Digital Channels only for legitimate personal or business purposes.
• Provide accurate information when completing forms or registrations.
• Respect DOTMENT’s intellectual property and the rights of third parties.
• Follow any additional rules that apply to a particular service, event or resource.
3. Prohibited ActivitiesYou must not:
• Use the Digital Channels in violation of applicable laws, regulations or platform rules.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Digital Channel, account, server, system or database.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or any other harmful technology.
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Digital Channels.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit content from the Digital Channels without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, harvest or collect content, personal data or account information from the Digital Channels without prior written approval.
• Impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Digital Channels in a way that could damage DOTMENT’s reputation, rights, business interests or relationships.We may block, remove, restrict or report access or activity where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, platform rules or applicable law, or has created a security, legal, reputational or operational risk.
4. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Digital Channels and their content are owned by or licensed to DOTMENT.
This includes the DOTMENT name, logo and visual identity; website and social media designs; posts; captions; text; reports; case studies; graphics; photographs; videos; podcasts; frameworks; methodologies; campaign concepts; presentations; downloadable resources; software and source code.
You may view and temporarily download content from the Digital Channels for your personal or internal business reference only.
You may not modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from or otherwise commercially exploit such content without DOTMENT’s prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to use DOTMENT’s trademarks, brand assets, methodologies or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.
5. Portfolio and Case StudiesThe Digital Channels may include examples of projects, campaigns, clients or outcomes to demonstrate DOTMENT’s capabilities.
Client names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.Project descriptions may be shortened, adapted or presented at a high level to protect confidential information.
Past results do not guarantee the same results for future projects.
6. Enquiries and Submitted InformationWhen you submit an enquiry, comment, direct message, registration form, application or other information through a Digital Channel, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.DOTMENT may use submitted information to respond to your request and manage the relevant business relationship, subject to the Privacy Policy.Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, employment, partnership or contractual relationship. A binding engagement is created only when the relevant parties sign a separate written agreement or formally accept an authorised proposal.
7. Events, Communities and MasterclassesThe Digital Channels may allow users to register for masterclasses, community activities, webinars, workshops or events. Registration does not always guarantee attendance, particularly where capacity is limited or attendance is subject to approval.DOTMENT may confirm or decline registrations, change speakers or content, adjust timing, venue or format, postpone or cancel an event where reasonably necessary, and remove attendees whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful or inappropriate.Separate terms may apply to a specific event, community or paid programme. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific event or programme terms will apply.Photography, audio or video recording may take place during events. Where relevant, attendees will be informed through the registration process, event notice or consent form.
8. Careers and ApplicationsCandidates may submit personal and professional information through the Digital Channels or by email. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer or response.Candidates must not submit confidential information belonging to a current or former employer. Candidate data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Social Media Interactions and User ContentDOTMENT welcomes professional and respectful interaction on its official social media pages and other Digital Channels. Comments, tags, mentions, reviews, messages and other user-submitted content represent the views of the person who submitted them and not necessarily the views of DOTMENT.DOTMENT may moderate, hide, delete, restrict or report content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, confidential, promotional, repetitive, irrelevant, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. Where you tag DOTMENT or submit public content relating to DOTMENT, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to share or repost that content through our Digital Channels, with attribution where reasonably practicable, unless you ask us not to do so.
10. Digital Campaigns and Communications DOTMENT may conduct digital campaigns through social media, email, direct messages, advertisements, landing pages and other channels. Campaign information, invitations and promotional messages are subject to availability and may be amended, withdrawn or supplemented by campaign-specific terms.You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting connect@dotment.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent DOTMENT from sending essential operational, registration, contractual or service-related communications.11. Third-Party Platforms, Websites and ServicesSome Digital Channels are hosted or supported by third-party platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media, email, event-registration, analytics and advertising services. Links to other websites or services may also be provided for convenience.DOTMENT does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, security, algorithms, content moderation, practices or privacy policies. Your use of those platforms is also governed by the terms and policies of the relevant provider.
12. Availability and AccuracyWe aim to keep the Digital Channels available, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, complete, current, error-free or free from harmful components.DOTMENT may update, edit, remove, suspend or discontinue any Digital Channel or any content without prior notice. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures and maintaining backups of information you submit or download.
13. DisclaimerTo the extent permitted by applicable law, the Digital Channels and their content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.DOTMENT does not warrant that general insights, posts, articles, tools, examples or resources published through the Digital Channels will be suitable for your particular organisation or circumstances. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on information that may affect your business, employees, legal obligations, finances or operations.
14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOTMENT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Digital Channels, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. IndemnityTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DOTMENT against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Digital Channels, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another party’s rights, or information and materials submitted by you through the Digital Channels.
16. Privacy and CookiesOur collection and use of personal data are governed by the DOTMENT Privacy Policy.The website and other Digital Channels may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, security, campaign measurement and, where applicable, marketing. Further information should be provided through a separate Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy or consent tool, as appropriate.
17. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Digital Channels, our services, business practices, platform requirements or applicable legal requirements.The revised version will be published on the website or otherwise made available through the relevant Digital Channel with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Digital Channels following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Digital Channels or these Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Welcome to the Dotment WhatsApp Communication Demo Platform (“Platform”).
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of the PlatformThis Platform is designed to demonstrate how a company can send WhatsApp messages using the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
It is intended solely for
demo, testing, and evaluation purposes, not for production use.
2. Use of Our WhatsApp Business AccountAll WhatsApp messages sent through the demo use
Dotment’s WhatsApp Business account credentials, not yours.You agree not to:Attempt to access Dotment’s WhatsApp or Meta accountsInterfere with API configuration or securityUse the demo for fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized messaging
3. Your ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:Upload only contact data you have the right to useNot upload sensitive or confidential personal informationUse the demo responsibly and in compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policiesYou are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
4. RestrictionsYou may not:Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messagesAttempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the PlatformUse the service for high-volume or automated mass messagingScrape or copy any part of the Platform for commercial reuse without permissionWe may suspend or limit use if we detect abuse or policy violations.
5. Data HandlingData you upload (e.g., contacts, placeholders, message content) is retained temporarily for demo purposes only and may be deleted at any time.We do not store your Meta or WhatsApp credentials.
6. No WarrantyThe Platform is provided
“as is” for demonstration only.
We make no guarantees about performance, uptime, or delivery of WhatsApp messages.
7. Limitation of LiabilityDotment is not responsible for:Message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp or MetaIncorrect contact data uploaded by youImproper or unauthorized use of the PlatformTemporary downtime or errors during the demo periodTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotment’s liability is limited to the extent of providing access to the platform for demo purposes.
8. TerminationWe may modify, restrict, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice, especially in case of misuse.
9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.
