Etisalat UAE is accustomed to holding an annual wellness program and wanted the upcoming round to exceed employee expectations and reap high engagement levels.

Solution

DOTMENT created a one-month wellness program that is bigger and better than all its predecessors. It was themed as a festive journey with a grand prize to the world-renowned Wanderlust Festival.

Results

More than 5,000 employees attended the wellness festival; an 800% increase in participation from the previous year.
