SODIC was launching an innovation program and platform, and wanted employees to learn the process and contribute with their innovative ideas. Innovation as a concept was new to the company, and the process of the program was long and somewhat complex.
The DOTMENT team held a series of in-depth workshops with SODIC to fully understand the scope. The innovation process was then simplified and mapped out into fun, engaging activities that were held during the launch event. An innovation kit was created to help trigger employees’ creativity and spark new ideas, and the innovation process was incorporated in the company’s recognition program.
